As a tenant you have a responsibility to look after the property and not cause any deliberate damage. You must:
- Pay the rent on time and pay the amount you agreed with the Landlord
- Pay the utilties, council tax and services like internet and TV (unless otherwise agreed)
- Return the property at the end of the tenancy in a similar state to when you moved in
